Legal Consultant

 Job description

1. Help clients to improve internal legal procedures, procedures and filing work according to project requirements;
2. To carry out legal due diligence, to provide legal advice for mergers and acquisitions to help companies avoid legal risks;
3. Participate in the company's major decisions of the legal certification and legal protection;
4. Handle legal or non litigation legal affairs on behalf of the company.

Job requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above, master degree is preferred;
2. At least 2 years working experience in a well-known law firm;
3. Familiar with the civil and commercial laws and regulations, such as company law, property law, contract law and securities law;
4. For the merger and acquisition to provide legal support or consulting experience;
5. Have IPO legal advice or implementation experience;
6. Financial Industry (banking, securities, funds, trusts, etc.) experience is preferred;
7. Judicial professional qualification certificate is preferred;
8. Integrity, good hearted, team player, able to work in a team;
9. Aggressive and strong career ambition;
10. Integrity, good character, can bear hardships and stand hard work, with a strong dedication, sense of responsibility, sense of innovation and team awareness.
